You can configure your wiki profile to send you email notifications whenever an  article or space is updated.

Make sure your profile is set to send email notifications by going to 'watch'on the menu bar at the top left of your profile, clicking 'Manage your watchlist' and selecting 'Email notifications' (you can choose whether you'd like to receive these notifications hourly, daily, weekly or monthly). Select how often you'd like to receive your notifications and click 'save'.

Once this is done you can add pages to your watchlist with just one click.

While viewing a page that you'd like to watch just click 'watch' on the user menu in  the top left hand corner of the page and select 'watch this page' from the drop-down list.

You will now recieve an email notification whenever this page is updated.

You can watch as many pages as you like.
